At Woorim, you can easily leave the car behind and enjoy a leisurely 11-minute walk to local coffee shops, the Surf Club, a pub, IGA, BWS, parks, playgrounds, a skateboard park, a patrolled surf beach, and the golf club.

Woorim Beach is a haven for wildlife, where you can watch dolphins play in the surf and, on occasion, spot kangaroos visiting the front yard. During breeding season, you might even see turtles laying and hatching on the beach.

This beautiful three-bedroom home, refurbished in July 2021, features striking high raked ceilings and a layout designed for relaxation. Two of the bedrooms come with queen beds and direct access to the outdoor area. Security screens throughout allow you to enjoy the soothing sounds of the surf and the fresh ocean breeze. The main bedroom boasts a private, cozy ensuite, while the third bedroom offers two single beds. Additional sleeping arrangements include a trundle bed and a sofa that converts into a double bed. The large bathroom features both a shower and a separate bath. The lounge area is air-conditioned and equipped with a large smart TV, DVD player, and a variety of board games, books, and puzzles. The spacious dining area has an 8-seater table, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, large fridge, and dishwasher. Extras like wine coolers and picnic gear are provided to enhance your holiday experience. Cook up a storm on the outdoor BBQ, and enjoy the comfort of high-powered ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living areas. The large laundry and double lock-up garage, which can also serve as a games room with a table tennis table, outdoor yard games, boogie boards, and fishing gear, add to the convenience. Bribie Island’s bike-friendly environment means you can bring your bikes or use the several pushbikes available in the garage. There’s even space to park a boat. Relax on the sun lounges in the outdoor area or enjoy a cold drink at the bar setting, and make the most of the outdoor firepit for stargazing at night.

If you choose to bring your dog, they’ll find their own slice of paradise too. The leash-free dog beach entrance is just a 6-minute walk away, where your pup can run, play, and swim to their heart’s content. There’s also a nearby on-leash dog beach, dog-friendly cafes, and lovely walking paths. The fully fenced yard and hard flooring throughout make it easy to play with your dog, and the outdoor firepit provides a cozy spot for evening relaxation.

For more activities, get a permit to take your 4-wheel drive along the designated beach areas or explore the other side of Bribie Island. You’ll find a cinema, Aldi, Woolworths, Target, The Coffee Club, The Butterfly House, McDonald’s, Red Rooster, RSL, and numerous dog-friendly cafes and fine restaurants. The fantastic Sandstone Point Hotel is just around the corner, perfect for an al fresco lunch or enjoying one of their many events and concerts.

Please note that while your dog is welcome inside, they should be kept out of the bedrooms and off the furniture. An additional $50 pet fee per dog applies.
